52 candidates in its first edition

In this first edition of the Business and Entrepreneurship Awards, 52 nominations were submitted (38 in the business category and 14 in the entrepreneurship category).
The participating projects were framed within the four pillars of the municipal strategy "Rivas Emprende": innovation and technology, energy efficiency and sustainability, the agri-food sector, and the cultural sector.

The jury was composed of representatives from the organizations that are part of the Local Pact for Employment and Economic Development. The City Council is already working on the next edition of the awards, thus consolidating its commitment to local talent and the innovative economy.
