RIVAS LAUNCHES AN INITIATIVE TO DIFFERENTIATE BUSINESSES THAT ARE SUITABLE FOR PEOPLE WITH CELIAC

The Rivas City Council is taking significant steps towards inclusion and awareness about celiac disease with the creation of an interactive map that will highlight venues and businesses that offer products and menus suitable for people with celiac disease. This initiative not only seeks to facilitate the daily life of residents and visitors with celiac disease, but also to promote awareness about this condition.

We want to collect information from the businesses that participate in the program, which could even be recognized by the competent organizations with the distinctive seal that would identify them as establishments with services and care for the celiac community.

Therefore, the collaboration of local businesses is requested. They have to fill out a short form to collect detailed information about the gluten-free options they offer.
