Quality is present at every stage of the process. From the selection of raw materials, a rigorous search is carried out for top-quality ingredients from different regions of the world. Each raw material is evaluated according to strict, predefined criteria to guarantee its excellence.

A specialized team conducts continuous tastings and evaluations of the received samples, analyzing their organoleptic characteristics and verifying that they meet established standards. Only after passing quality controls and the corresponding analyses are the raw materials approved for incorporation into the production process.

With the aim of ensuring maximum food safety and compliance with the highest quality standards, we have our own quality and food safety management system, with defined procedures, periodic audits and controls throughout the entire process.

In addition, the finished product is periodically subjected to tastings and samplings to guarantee the quality, stability and consistency of the final product.
