We combine our own production from the Soto del Grillo agroecological park in Rivas-Vaciamadrid with produce from other regions such as Valencia and Málaga, depending on the season. We also establish connections with other organic or integrated farming operations that respect both the land and working conditions. We believe that awareness of energy and transportation resources is inseparable from the ecological awareness that accompanies the production of the fruits and vegetables we distribute
