We complement the training with a clinical area designed to take care of your health from all angles: personalized nutritional advice to optimize your body composition and performance, psychological support to manage stress and build sustainable habits, and a podiatry service with biomechanical gait analysis to prevent injuries and improve your technique.

At Alpha Wellness, each plan is tailored to your needs, with sports and health professionals working in a coordinated manner to ensure that body and mind progress together.

Monday to Thursday: 8am-10pm, Friday: 8am-7pm, Saturday: 10am-2pm
