From taste the craft is made and this is how it has happened to us that from working the land so much we have acquired a taste for natural things and things well done, learning more every day, sometimes making mistakes along the way and other times getting it right, but always respecting our natural environment actively, since this park enjoys good regional ecological protection thanks to its numerous flora and fauna.

After two years cultivating a small area of organic garden for self-consumption, we decided to take the leap and form an ecological project, in which we have been immersed for 3 years with a lot of effort and satisfaction.
